Mehnaz I. Khan is the founder and managing attorney of Mehnaz Khan Law, PLLC. With more than 25 years of experience working in the legal field in Northern Virginia, Ms. Khan has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, results-driven legal representation to individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging moments. A resident of Fairfax County, she is deeply embedded in the Northern Virginia community she serves.

An immigrant herself, Ms. Khan obtained U.S. Citizenship through naturalization — an experience that gives her unique, personal insight into the immigration process that only someone who has truly lived it can offer.

She counsels clients in federal and state courts throughout Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, and all surrounding Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Ms. Khan is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi — making her one of the very few family law and immigration attorneys in Northern Virginia who serves the South Asian community in their native language.
